Position Overview
The Program Manager is a central leadership role within LEAF’s youth program and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day implementation, coordination, and quality of LEAF’s youth programming.
This role blends:
youth mentorship,
operational leadership,
teaching and facilitation,
program coordination,
and systems management.
The Program Manager works collaboratively within LEAF’s leadership team to create clear, consistent, and supportive structures that allow youth to grow into new levels of leadership and responsibility.

Position Overview
LEAF is seeking a highly organized, thoughtful, and collaborative Grants & Operations Manager to help strengthen the organizational systems that support our mission, staff team, and daily work.
This role combines grants management, organizational operations, administrative coordination, and strong written communication. The Grants & Operations Manager will help ensure that LEAF’s internal systems remain clear, reliable, compliant, and sustainable as the organization continues to grow and evolve.
A significant part of this role involves translating the complexity and beauty of LEAF’s work into compelling, accurate, and well-organized grant proposals, reports, and organizational communications. The ideal candidate is both highly detail-oriented and a strong writer — someone who enjoys building systems, organizing information, and helping mission-driven work become visible and well-supported.

Position Overview
In this Kitchen Manager role, we’re seeking a skilled and creative culinary professional with a deep commitment to using and celebrating local food to take LEAF’s growing kitchen venture to the next level. This person will blend culinary expertise, systems management, and a passion for community food systems and youth leadership. The Kitchen Venture Manager will shape the future of LEAF’s value-added food products and food education work by:
Facilitating hands-on kitchen work sessions, mentoring youth while meeting production goals in on-site certified commercial kitchen
Supporting Special Events - provide food coordination and implementation support for 5-8 special events per year, both on site (100-200 person events) and off site (intimate 8-12 person events)
Collaborating on annual and seasonal kitchen goals that translate into clear, actionable weekly task lists
Testing new recipes, ensuring consistency on current recipes, and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) that promote food safety, consistent product quality, and youth-led excellence
Collaborating with passionate team of staff, youth, and community members to grow future leaders while feeding our community
This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative, youth-centered spaces and is excited by the challenge of crafting high-quality, seasonal food rooted in local ingredients and shared leadership.
